Not to be missed!!

Last year was amazing and so inspiring.........

Breast Cancer has undoubtedly touched all of our lives..........

My maternal grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer in the late eighties and after a mastectomy went into a full recovery only to be sidelined in later years with thyroid cancer. I can still remember the box she had beside her bed with her "special" bra in it. At first not really understanding what it was. What it meant. I was young and pretty dumb back then. It still amazes me that she never talked about it. My grandfather had passed away the year before. All I can think is she went through that pretty much alone. By the time I was older and more understanding she was gone. I wish I had talked to her about it. Now all I know is when I fill out medical paper work that I have to check the box "breast cancer" and write maternal grandmother. That is all I know.........

We all have a story.........

Being able to get together and talk about our experiences is what makes this such an incredible and memorable event........

The teachers are incredible and donating their time and projects.

I'm not cooking:) But have gotten the Ford store to donate so that I can have it catered. That way  I can spend my time with all you special ladies.
